Attorney Jon Parchman started Parchman Law Group with the idea of a different type of law practice. One that was centered on the client and the unique needs of each individual. His vision was to create a law practice that provides highly effective representation for all of your legal needs. Mr. Parchman earned his Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University. He also earned a B.S. in Psychology from Portland State University. He earned his J.D. from Arizona Summit Law School. Mr. Parchman has successfully handled numerous family law cases and has also helped parents in Children's Protective Services (CPS) cases and criminal cases.

Attorney K.C. Ghanean grew up in Houston, attending Kerr High School in Alief ISD and graduating with a degree in Political Science from the University of Houston. From childhood, Mr. Ghanean had a fascination with the law, with the goal of becoming a lawyer. After he graduated, Mr. Ghanean attended the University of Massachusetts School of Law – Dartmouth. During law school, Mr. Ghanean was the Vice President of the International Law Society, as well as a Dean’s Fellow and an intern at the South Coastal Counties Legal Services. Mr. Ghanean graduated in the Top 20 of his class and made his way back to Texas. He has handled several appeals and assisted in numerous family law cases with successful outcomes.

Michael Tijerina grew up in Houston and graduated from C.E. King High School in 2001. Upon graduating high school, Michael has held many jobs in the legal field from receptionist, process server and has found his niche as a family law paralegal. He has amassed over 10 years of experience working family law cases including divorces, child custody cases, and adoptions. He returned to school in 2015 and graduated from Houston Community College in 2017 with an Associates of Arts and an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies. Michael has been married since 2001 and has 3 sons. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball and rooting for his beloved Houston sports teams.
