Pauline was born in Western Australia and a year after getting married, began her journey around the world. With her husband and two daughters, she has lived in Singapore, Naperville, Illinois and Des Moines, Iowa before moving to the Woodlands in 2017. She is a keen foodie which motivates her to keep moving as a somewhat lazy triathlete. Pauline is a certified Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates instructor. She is also a 500hr certified Yoga Teacher and certified NASM Personal Trainer. Pauline considers herself a lifelong student of human movement; both as a practitioner and as a teacher. In addition to numerous workshops, some of her most memorable continuing education has included TRX, Booty Barre and Pilates Suspension Method. Ironically, she feels that the more she studies, the less she feels she knows. Rather than being overwhelmed, she now understands that this just means her teaching journey will constantly evolve with her over her lifetime. She has learned to simply teach to her best knowledge at the time and with an authentic heart. Seeing Pilates through these eyes has made her a compassionate, creative and empowering teacher with a constant inquiring mind to help students deepen their personal self-awareness and honor their unique body.
